Is there a collector that has one? I've check traders in Kaineng, Jade sea, Echovald Forest, Southern Shiverpeaks, Crystal Desert, and Vabbi and none of them have one :S

Gertrud in Vasburg Armory crafts them(along with the counterpart offhand)

Edit:Answering the original question.None that I can find.They all have the 20%HSR but their inscriptions are QQ worthy

Droknar's Scepter is a unique wand obtained from the Necromancer's Chest in the Epilogue of Eye of the North using a Droknar's Key.

Go with Gertrud or Telamon and have them craft one for you, as well as the matching offhand. Well worth every single gp.

40/40 Curses set FTW.

There are collectors for the 20/20 focus items, none for the matching wands.
The crafters in Vasburg Armory / Leviathan Pits are the cheapest way to get them.
Or you can buy Doknar's Key, the endgame EotN item. You'll get it for 6p (or use the one you got when first beating EotN), which is only 1p more then the crafters price - but you don't need any materials then.
After defeating the Great Destroyer, you can trade the key for a 20/20 wand of any attribute.

I also use droknar's curses scepter, although I think that the key is worth
7-8k, not 6.
